Animals In 'Entertainment'
Circuses

Circus animals are wild animals, they should be in the wild! Instead they are forced to live in tiny cages, travelling to different countries to perform 'tricks' for noisy crowds. The 'training' methods used to persuade wild animals to do unnatural tricks are often cruel.
Zoos

Wild animals are caught for the stocking of zoos and wildlife parks. They not only live in unnatural environments in zoos, but also their cages/enclosures are too small and cause boredom and frustration in animals.
Marine Parks - Dolphins and Whales

Dolphins and whales are amazing creatures and it is only natural that many people wish to see them. However this should be done by viewing them in their natural habitats, not in small pools in marine parks.
Rodeos and Bull-fights

Rodeos are a cruel form of entertainment, it usually means bulls, wild stallions or even sheep! are teased and beaten into a frenzie and then released into an arena where they try to escape the pain of the rope tied around their genitals by bucking and running, while the idiot on their backs sees how long he can hold onto the poor animal. They are then killed.

Bull fights, aren't much of a fight, they just involve a bull or another animal being stabbed to death while being taunted.
Breed shows

Many animals including dogs, cats, birds, farm animals, rodents and rabbits, are bred for showing in competitions. The problem with this hobby is that often the animal breeders/showers own too many animals and cannot care for them all properly. Another problem is that often animals at shows are not given adequate water or food. The animal exhibitors often travel long disances to attend shows, which means the animals suffer stressful car journeys and often the noise and business of the shows is stressful for them too.
